Personality:
Justin is a very complex person who mainly stays that way cause he doesn't express himself often. Most of his actions come off as completely random while to him it makes sense. At times he might quietly help a person and just leave while another time he may just randomly hit someone and leave quietly. He is considered to be much like a stray dog of sorts by people who think they know him. Mainly cause like a wild dog you have no idea what he will do when he approaches you. Justin has a middle name that is latin for Free. This was given special to him by his mother cause she wanted this for her son. He has a very strong pride and loves his freedom. In no way would he ever let someone tell him to do something he wouldn't.

He won't rebel without reason but if anything breaches the morals he grew up on he won't do it. On top of this sort of closed up and mysterious side to Justin he is actually fond of children despite the fact he don't like people to much. He sees them as pure people who have darkness in them what so ever. Justin is sometimes found babysitting kids in his apartment building or is known well as a big brother figure to younger kids. Even though he is still quiet around them he enjoys seeing them smile. This was most likely cause of his strong connection with his younger sister who he helped raise. So all in all Justin is a guy with a heart of gold but a big chip on his shoulder.

History:
Justin was born on the more less fortunate side of town. He was born in downtown Detroit and there was no way to look at it other than it was dangerous. The world he grew up in was filled with violence and danger. His father was drinker and he was a violent man. He never raised his hand to his family but you could tell he was a wild monster. It was only a matter of time though till he went and angered the wrong people. While it was just him and his father a man came to the house and shot his father. The boy was left alive but with a constant reminder of what happened. The man marked the boy along his neck with cuts almost like a collar to show to him if he got out of line the same would happen to him.

After coming home to find her only son cut up and her husband dead they decided to leave this place. It was then they backed the bags and moved to Chicago. Little did they know that his father left one last thing with them. His mother was a pregnant again and gave birth to Alice. His mother of course had to work support her two kids. So that left Justin to stay home and look after his younger sister. One day his mother gave him a very thin and long black chain with a cross on it for protection. She told him that if he ever needed to be protected use it. Justin didn't fully understand the concept but he listened to his mother. A few years passed and the day where he actually had to learn what she meant. Even though it really wasn't exactly what someone would think.

A man broke into the house and of course Justin was going to protect it. Most kids his age would be afraid but he wasn't like other kids. He wasn't afraid of things and instead saw things differently. He saw that if he didn't stand to this man his little sister might be taken from him and that would sadden his mother. So the only thing left to do was fight...He threw a punch at the man hitting him in the chin and was kicked across the room. Now this man really only wanted to steal a few things but he didn't know this kid would be so desperate to fight him. He ended up grabbing onto the man's leg being able to hold him still before being kicked off. Running out of ideas he took hold of that chain he was given and used it much like a whip striking out at the man hitting him right in the eye with the cross section.

It ripped right into his eye and sent him right out the window. He was left standing in the room looking at what he did and that's when it hit him. He could use this to protect his family. After that he started to ask his mother very strange questions. He asked her to get him books about chains and about different methods chains were used. Pretty soon he ended up at the library where he found many books of it being used as weapons in fights. In secret on the roof of his apartment complex he took a vow of silence that until the day he could protect his family he wouldn't do anything but train and become strong not even speak. Justin trained on that roof top every day after school and any free time that he has.

It wasn't before long that he realized he would need something more than a cross on the end of chain. In the books he read of some having a bladed weapon of sorts attached but he figured something a little more effective would be a piercing object. He ended up following these books along with the things he learned on the street to form his own method of fighting. He started using his chains being only 8 years old and combining with what he learned up till he was 12 where he learned free running from kids around the city. Justin has taken everything he learned and used it in actual combat. Gang members were his main targets and he ended up losing a good number of them till he finally learned how to turn his weapons into a more effective tool.

The thin black chains he used to fight now had black nail like objects around 8 inches long and a inch thick. He got the ideas from one of his book and from then on his time training and fighting with this weapon became much more interesting. Which gave him the right to enter this school who saw his skill as something special. Now he was in a school with these people who had powers and gifted with other weapon skills. A perfect place he found where he could become even stronger.

ABILITIES

Weapon: Multiple thin black chains are the base of his weapon. These chains then on both ends of them have a long black nail. This nail is around 8 inches long and a inch thick. These can easily be concealed along with the chains. The chains are very strong and made with tempered metal that allows the chains to hold up over 400 pounds a piece. Each one of the chains he has wrap around his arms and chest. He even has some on his legs and each chain can reach up to around 15 yards. On top of that can be connected with other pieces of chain.

Weapon Strengths:

• Trip Cords -By using the nails on the ends of the chain like an anchor Justin can actually lay out a small field of them around his opponent to constrict both his and his opponents movements. Now of course there will be gaps but it will require them both in order to escape the constricted area to work through the weave of chains or be stuck. Only problem is that they are both constricted in movement and would have to work at escaping. So Justin also captures himself as well.
  
  
• Ricochet -Justin can throw the ends of the chains that are made to pierce objects and use them as a medium range projectile. With this attack he can actually ricochet his attacks off of other objects. On top of that he can do it actually and off other portions of chain or anything sturdy enough to support the impact of it bouncing off. The only problem is in a wide open space this attack becomes much harder to do seeing as there isn't much to ricochet a shot off anything.
  
  
• Piercing Dance -Loosening chains around his legs and around his arms he can use them in a whip like manner with all four limbs. With this method he can attack the enemy from multiple angles in an attempt to either pierce him with a nail or constrict him with the chains. The major downside to this is though if a chain gets caught it could constrict that limb or limbs till he frees the chain or releases the limb from the chain by unhooking it all.

RP Sample:
It was a cold night in Chicago and it was a good night for a walk. Justin Liber Gray the local night owl was of course out and about like always. He did go out during the day but only really enjoyed walking around without a place to go at night. Mainly cause it was much cooler out and he hated the heat. Plus it meant less people for the most part once it got late enough. Which meant he had a slightly better chance of not being bothered. It was only then till he was crossed by a very familiar face. A man with a scar shaped like a cross over one of his eyes stepped forward from a group of guys talking and started to call out to Justin.

"Your eyes...I've seen you before. You're that kid...that crazy kid who took out my eye!"

Justin stopped in his tracks and looked over to the man in his usual uncaring and frowning face. Once he also noticed who was calling him he just gave an arrogant smile and sighed. It took him a moment but after the man took another step forward he realized this wasn't going to end in a nice way. He looked up still smiling and spoke in a soft voice.

"Walk away now and you may just keep the other one...."

Of course this just upset the man so he ended up having to fight him. The man threw a punch for his face and the next thing he knew Justin moved out of the way and shifted behind him. Leaving the man's arm wrapped up in chain. Justin just held a stern serious look as he flipped him over his shoulder freeing the man of the chains and sending into a pile of trash cans. Letting out a sigh he just turned and continued walking.

"I wouldn't gain anything from hurting you. So just stay out of my way and learn from the ways that got you like that...thief...."
