Facial Features: Rush has symmetrical facial features and build. His skin is a bit pale and bright, as if it doesn't get enough sun, his eyes are of red colour. Overall he looks quite attractive.

Everything Else: Rush's body is thin and muscular, he has a few scars on his back - those look like wide slashes.
In terms of clothes he prefers to wear semi-formal clothing. A white shirt, black pants, a black vest over the shirt, black laced shoes, a pair of black gloves on his hands.

Personality: Rush Adams is your typical jerky troublemaker and one with superpowers no less, so as you can imagine he's quite full of himself, thinks others being lesser and hating it when things don't go his way. Rush was a nuisance enough when he did not have any powers at his disposal, but once they had appeared he became even worse.
No he's not your typical nutcase or a wacky psycho. Rush understands and comprehends his actions all too well, and aside from being a jerk most of the time he has his weaknesses and good sides.

Rush may see no qualms about killing people - who are they to question him and his power, given to him by God or Destiny no less! He however does not initiate killing first and only if the enemy is aiming to kill so does he. Depending on his mood he may be a jerk for real, or just acting like it - simply to tease those around and laugh at them.
His greatest weakness are cute girls. He can't fight a really cute girl - both physically and mentally. If a tear-eyed girl asks him to do something he might as well do it and offer no resistance - he just can't!

There's also the fact that he smokes a bit, and does not make a secret out of it. He may even smoke during school - AND in the middle of a class. No wonder teachers don't like him.
And of course - he tries to look cool at whatever he does, even if that's walking, talking and napping. He even went as far to create the "Cool Nap" pose, with his legs crossed and both hand's palms under his head when he naps. And of course - looking cool while in a fight is a must for him. Somehow he manages to look cool without taking his mind off the fighting too.
Whether that gives him a bonus in relationships with others remains to be seen. It might be just the other way around.

There are also moments when Rush is in his bad mood and well... approaching him at that time may be near-suicide, seeing as at times like these Rush is usually quiet and concentrated on the outside, but on the inside he just wants to break something.

History: Rush Adams was born in London, England. He was raised in a family without a father, mostly, seeing as his old man was an Archaeologist. His mother was a news reporter, so most of the time Rush was spending by himself or with his younger sister Rachel. This was both a good side to it and a bad side. The siblings bonded and their relationship grew strong, however Rush never had a close reign over him, so he grew up to be free and loose - becoming quite a troublemaker. Some even called him a delinquent and they were partially right, although Rush never bullied or harassed anyone weaker - in fact he always looked for trouble with those others who were in fact your 100% bullies.

His relationships with others never improved, because even though he stood up to those stronger - he never helped the weaker either, and frankly he had no high regard for them. He was a great prankster at a young age and used to make fun of almost anyone - the classmates, the class rep, then teachers - everyone. Hence why he was never appreciated by any group. He was a loner throughout all elementary and middle school.
Soon however he became more serious and in high school he made himself a "cool" image. He acted as badass and as cool as he could. The results were both good and bad as well. Some liked him - others didn't. It was also then when he started to smoke, making no secret of it. Of course his parents were surprised, but allowed it in the end.

Afterwards the Adams family moved to Chicago, because Rush started to show signs and shortly his powers showed themselves in their full colour. It was nothing special - just another fight, which ended with a few telephone poles cut down and scared teenagers - one of them was Rush, himself. To say that this event built a wall between him and all others was to say nearly nothing. Only his sister stayed with him, giving support when he needed it most.

It would be only a matter of time now, until all of Chicago Academy knew his name... new school - more fun!

ABILITIES

Power: Threads of Death. From inside Rush's body - namely hands, and even more specific - from the tips of his fingers thin, white threads come out with a simple command from the brain. These threads are mostly inside of Rush's body - but with each power level more of their length can come out. The materials that these threads consist of are organic and cannot be classified or specified. There also seems to be a large concentration of them near the brain, or rather those many threads are connected with it. Those might be responsible for enhanced capabilities unlocked at stage 2 and 3.
No other information could be attained.

Power Levels:

• Threads of Death -Rush has very thin white threads coming out the tips of all his fingers. These are hard to notice and even harder to parry or counterattack. The threads themselves are very sharp and can cut through many objects - such as wood, flesh and bone. His attacks are also hard to counter, since they are threads after all and not a sword or a fist. The length of each thread is 5 meters.
  On the downside they are harder to attack with than most other weapons. To actually cut something Rush would need to swing his arms around. And to slice off limbs or rest of the body he'd have to use the threads as a lasso - then pull. Rush needs time to execute these attacks, so they are slower than a punch may be.
  
  
• Threads of Fate -Upon entering the second level the threads themselves do no change, but Rush does. Now he has boosted calculation ability. Wind strength and velocity, angles of movement and etc. become easy to understand - hence Rush can manipulate the threads much easier. His movements become precise and he can somewhat read the movements of his enemy. The threads grow longer - now up to 12 meters.
  Even though his vision and thinking becomes better - his speed or strength does not - so he may see an attack coming or see the opponent evade, but even so he may not react in time - his body still has it's limits and he may not be as fast as his opponent. As before - dodging these attacks is the best way to escape. Wind and similar techniques, like Gravity for example, can easily counter the threads as well.
  
  
• Threads of Doom -At the final level Rush becomes Doom incarnate - his threads strike precisely and he, himself, moves with inhuman speed and precision - 3 times faster than a normal human. The threads become far stronger and sharper - no able to cut steel with ease, as well as other, more sturdier metals - even though not as easily. In this state Rush becomes a machine of Death. The threads reach out to 24 meters.
  This state cannot be maintained for long and if overused Rush reverts back to his 1st level of power, unable to ascend to the 2nd level for at least two days - as draining as it is. The 3rd state can be maintained only up to 5 minutes. Any more will cause severe fatigue and will make Rush spend 2 days in the hospital, at the least. As before - faster opponents can evade such attacks and counter them with wind techniques and some such.

The morning started out good today. After half a night of sitting by the PC and a power nap Rush was ready for the new day. He had to go show his face at the Chicago Academy and turn in his transfer papers, so that his new school life could begin. It was such a drag, but Rush had to be cool about this. If the teachers were to be impressed he'd have to get there on time and look his best. This time he'd have to smoke on the way to school, so to make a good first impression.

So right now Rush was walking down a street, watching cars go by, as well as people. He was wearing his usual clothes and had a cigarette in his mouth. None of the people gave him weird, accusing looks and he loved it. Why? Because every now and then he had to hear how bad it was - the fact that Rush was smoking. The guy was smoking for the sole purpose of looking cool, which was dumb, but there it was.
Rush smiled and took the cigarette out of his mouth, puffing out the smoke through his mouth. Just a few blocks more and he'd reach his destination. Oh and to think that he almost forgot about that errand his sister asked him to do. Good thing the mall was nearly - saved Rush a lot of trouble.
Now the only bad thing that could happen would be getting lost. That would be so uncool...

• Weaknesses on your power levels. Tese need to be more in depth and should not include "very hard to counter" as this is more of a strength. Try and balance the strengths with equal weaknesses.

Well I rephrased it a bit, so it makes more sense, but other than that... I have no idea what to add. If I add more weaknesses it looks to me that they may overlap the strengths. So I really have no idea what to add.

What I think is that you should add ways for opponents to escape or block the attacks, as not everything should hit, because that could be taken as godmodding by some
